C-5 Self-Elevating Platform
Versatile and Heavy-Duty Platform
The modular C-5 Self-Elevating Platform is the ideal jack-up platform for construction and geotechnical works in coastal and inland waters.
The design provides a platform for lighter and smaller spreads of equipment.
With a 100 ton variable deck load capacity and 15 ton/m2 deck strength, the C-5 is the platform of choice for geotechnical companies.
Over 250 m2 deck space is usable without obstructions. The deck layout can be fully tailored to client’s mission equipment and operating method.
To facilitate drilling operations, moonpools or drill slots can be created.
This can easily be done by shifting pontoons during assembly or by integrating a drilling slot in a pontoon.
Depending on soil penetration and waves, the platform can cover water depths up to 23 meter, with extensions possible in a moderate environment.
C-7 Self-Elevating Platform
Versatile and Heavy-Duty Platform
The modular C-7 Self-Elevating Platform is the ideal jack-up platform for port and nearshore marine works. The design provides maximum uptime for construction and maintenance of terminals, jetties, ports, breakwaters, bridges, land- and outfalls of cables or pipelines and offshore facilities.
Offering a 400 ton variable deck load capacity and an unparalleled 15 ton/m2 deck strength, makes the C-7 the platform of choice for heavy duty marine construction works. It provides a large 520 m2 free deck space. Without obstructions on deck, the deck layout can be fully tailored to client’s mission equipment and operating method. Depending on soil penetration and waves, the platform can cover water depths up to 30 meter, with increases possible in moderate environment.
Safe and efficient lifting, lowering and (re)positioning of the platform is enabled through the central or local controlled jacking system and 4-point mooring system. Redundancy is provided by two independent hydraulic pump sets and manual control of crucial platform functions.
C-9.5 Self-Elevating Platform
The C-9.5 Self-Elevating Platform, currently the biggest of the Combifloat self elevating platforms, is the perfect partner
for heavy duty jetty- and breakwater construction works, near shore oil & gas drilling and as accommodation platform.
The C-9.5 Platform can take deck loads up to 1000 mT, offers a large free deck area of approximately 910M² and
with her spudlegs of 58m can work in water depths up to 45m, subject to environmental conditions. The platform has
a central control system allowing the platform to be lifted and lowered synchronously and is delivered with IACS class
notation.
General Data
The modular Combifloat pontoons can be delivered as floating or self-elevating platforms for a variety of applications. All pontoons are internally strengthened for use in self-elevating platforms. Due to their modular nature, a variety of dimensions and capacities can be supplied. Hydraulic power packs installed on deck provide power for elevating and lowering the spuds and can be hooked up to other equipment such as mooring winches. The jacking mechanism of the platform consists of heavy duty hydraulic cylinders and movable cross heads. Platforms can be provided with a central control system for automatic jacking and leveling of the platform. All components comply with IACS rules and certification.
C1500
The units offer a free deck area of 2,200 square meters and a leg length of up to 100 meters , allowing the platforms to operate in water depths of up to 65-70 meters. Due to its high deck strength of 25 mT/m²,, this platform is eminently suitable to serve the civil, renewable- and oil & gas markets.
Holding spud barge
The barge is configured to a 24 x 15 meter holding spud barge with 18 meter spuds to facilate pile driving works in Le Havre, France. A 90t crawler crane is positioned on the barge. The unit is configured with 14 floats.
C7 modular barge
The barge is configured to a 30 x 12 meter floating barge. The unit is flagged and has a load line. She can carry maximum 427 Mt while remaining 0,55m freeboard. She is currently employed carrying tetrapods for a breakwater project.
C-7 End Rakes
Soon our stock in Europe will be complemented with four Quadra and two Duo rakes making your floating barge or jack up sail the waters even more smoothly and reduce fuel consumption.
IJUBOA
Combifloat is a proud member of the International Jack up Barge Operators Association (IJUBOA) since its inception in 2008.
